It also taught me how to handle different customer emotions and rage. It gave me an opportunity to practice my degree in IT because we also did some computer troubleshooting. Aside from that, I also learned how to use and navigate different software on a computer, such as booking various types of reservations (Hotel, Restaurant, Cars), processing cancellations and refunds. It also improved my personal skills such as time management, multitasking while under pressure, as well as problem-solving. I am very grateful for my previous company and now I would like to step up to a different field of work. I am very excited as well to apply all of this to my next job.
