*SETTING UP/MAINTAIN XERO FILES:

- Customized charts of accounts.
-Upload historical transactions from bank data.
-Assist with the set-up of any bank feeds as possible.- Customized Reporting

*DAILY BOOKKEEPING INCLUDING BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

-Record interbank transfers.
-Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits
-Record cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transaction
-Record any adjusting entries needed.
-Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy in financial data entries.
-Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records.
-Creating bills, sales invoices and credit notes. Purchase orders, Quotation.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring proper classification and coding of transactions.
