Profile Description

As an achiever at work and in my school, I am up for the challenge of pursuing my passion for providing my service as a virtual assistant. I am a psychology graduate with administrative and human resources experience from one of the leading and most respected world-class healthcare institutions, one of the trusted Philippine Headhunting firms, and a US-based outsourcing company.

I have received awards from college and work because of my assertiveness in being honest and open to my leads and management. I ensure I fully understand the work process to be 100% productive and to figure out improvement points that benefit my personal and client growth.

I am involved in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in my current role. We are handling clients globally but mainly US-based companies. 

In my previous roles, I was able to handle big clients, such as the Shared Service company of Philip Morris International, despite being the youngest in the team. I have met with different companies' stakeholders to handle staffing needs.

I have also experienced working for St. Luke's Medical Center under their Labor relations department. I have attended hearings and participated in investigations for different cases. I was tasked to study the process of different departments, such as in pharmacy, to identify possible ways to investigate cases within specific departments.

With these experiences, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to the organization.
