Customer Service Representative/Email Support

I am familiar with Zendesk because this was the main tool we used for the accounts to which I was assigned. I used Zendesk as a tool for two years.

I have been an email support for two years and I can send more than 40 emails per day. My job is to assist customers with their technical difficulties, coordinate technical problems with the engineers/devs, answer their inquiries regarding the account's services and products, assist and issue them with their refunds, and escalate emails to their proper department.

As a customer service/email support, English was the main language I used to assist customers whether through phone or email.

"Research" was my main task during my academic years. I wrote thesis manuscripts and research in journal article format. I also wrote for my co-students and some teachers as a part-time job.

I am an agent for a condo unit and I have two clients. They stayed for 1-2 months. My job includes posting an advertisement for the owner, looking for new tenants, and assisting them with their move-in.

I was a customer service representative for a mobile service provider for a few months. My job involved answering calls, updating customers' profiles, assisting them with their phone activation, subscription cancelation, technical difficulties, and coordinating orders with the back office.

I was a teacher for senior high school and college students. I taught Biology and Research.

I used to post condo, apartment, and house rentals on eBay and Craigslist. I posted the unit's information and pictures.
