Customer Service Representative

I was a customer service representative and I really enjoyed helping customers with their concerns.

In my past work experience, I dealt with various types of customers, some of whom were angry, furious, frustrated or rude. Conflict resolution skill was one of the skills I needed to hone because it helped me communicate clearly and respectfully as well as manage my own emotions.

I learned how to communicate effectively so as to manage expectations and to properly give instructions to the people I worked with.

I was able to hone my active listening skills when I was a customer service representative for a BPO company wherein I made sure that the customers I was dealing with, were heard and valued.

When I was working as an customer service representative, changes in policies and procedures were some of the few things I had to deal with constantly. While changes in deadlines and priorities were some of things I always encountered when I was working as an accounting assistant. I can definitely say that I have developed the skill in being adaptable in order for me to excel in both roles.

Working as an accounting assistant , I came up with ideas and strategies that helped me and my team to be efficient and effective in our jobs.

When I was working as an accounting assistant for a hotel, one of the solutions I came up for a problem that was reoccurring was to provide a concise email template for room reservation inquiries.

I was independent sales agent for a Multi-level Marketing Company and one of the things I do is inbound sales. I really enjoy explaining the benefits of our Natural Health Drink products to our prospective customers and turn queries to sales .

When I worked as an accounting assistant for a hotel and restaurant group of companies , one of the tasks I did was also emailing our clients/customers with regard to their queries, concerns and problems.

I was business associate or independent sales agent for a networking company. I really enjoy marketing the company's products to potential and existing customers.
