Profile Description

In my previous job as a Customer Service Representative I was able to assist and respond to our clients with all types of inquiries and issues through chat, email and voice. I have handled different accounts over the years which have given me an opportunity to learn skills such as data entry, organizing documents, research data, managing CRM, photo editing, running ads through social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. I was also able to gain knowledge in using Facebook Tools, Agent Connect, Opera, DCS, Salesforce, Microsoft Office components like Word, Excel, Outlook, Twilio, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, G-Suites, Google, FB Meta Business Suite.
