Profile Description

I was an Accounting Analyst for 2 years and I was tasked to monitor the expenses and transactions of different branches verifying that all transactions are approved, recorded and supported with necessary attachments, I was also tasked to check the correctness of the summary of replenishment weekly, accuracy of payroll computations. I was also responsible for recording of transactions in the accounting system. I was also assigned in preparing summary of telephone and internet bills of all branches and to pay them before due. Currently, I am an Accounting Staff in our municipality for almost 2 years and I prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements, I prepare summary of the business taxes withheld from the different suppliers and remit it before deadline, I also prepare fund utilization report and do other tasks assigned to me by my immediate supervisor.
