I was a part-time freelancer video creative editor and was also a former full-time customer service specialist's.

Now transitioning to a full-time freelancer to dedicate myself to my clients as a video creative editor or a property manager VA.  

I am always dedicated to finish every job given to me with quality and time efficiency. I always look for myself to receive feedback from my superior's or my client's from the results of my performance during work or result of the project I worked because it's a one way for me to improve my performance. 

Honestly, I don't have bachelor's degree however I'm confident that I have the skills and knowledge to compete.

All life has it's reasons why some can't have what they need or want and I'm one of it that I was not able to finish my studies because of how life is hard here in my country but I'm invested with Bill Gates quote "If you are born poor, it’s not your mistake. But if you die poor, it is your mistake."

I heard that quote when I was in my 1st year college and at that time it gives me a mindset to strive harder for me to gain what I need and what I want.
On my 2nd year college I dUpgrade to see actual info that this could be it and that this is enough for me to quit my studies and to start earning money. I then tried to apply for jobs locally and was employed to a manpower agency wherein I get to be the deployment officer. Years goes by, I'm happy with how much I earn and with the job but then suddenly this question came up in my mind "Is this really the job I want or career?". 

That Upgrade to see actual infont was one of the most hard decision of life. I finally dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue being part of the business process outsourcing company wherein I got the job as a call center agent as I know to myself that I'm great with engaging, helping find ways, and giving empathy to people to every matter.

Being a call center agent for almost 4 years was really tough and the environment was very challenging. It honed me to be so patient and be very understanding in any situation. It also trained me to be detailed in whatever situation I'm in as being detailed is very helpful in terms of what resolution or next steps that you need to take next. The decision making part is where I can say that I improved a lot while I was in the BPO industry because you're almost on your own and supervisors must always be your last option which it gave me the opportunity to be decisive, be bold to my decision, and also It teaches me to be resourceful.

There's really a time that when your alone you think a lot of what are the other things that you did not do yet or the things that you started then planning to finish it. 
That's when I invest myself and motivate myself to become a full-time freelancer because honestly my work and projects were more appreciated by all of my clients than some of my superiors in my full-time job. Also, I'm well compensated by my clients.
