I have experience as a Legal Assistant for 5 months from September 2021 - February 2022 for my first job after graduating from college. My second job was a Settlement Officer/Technical Support for 5 months, from February 2022 - June 2022. My third job is being a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) in an Insurance Company here in the Philippines that is US based. I have worked there for a year from June 2022 - June 2023. My most previous job was a Virtual Assistant for almost 3 months in an Insurance Company that is located in Lakewood, New Jersey.
The skills and services that I can offer are accuracy in Data Entry, wherein making sure that every data and information that's needed to be scanned and transferred are completely accurate. Outstanding Customer Service, where I make sure to respond relevant to what my clients or customers need as soon as possible, making the client or customer feel that they are heard, and their concerns will be addressed and solved immediately. As a previous Customer Service Representative, I am proficient in Email Management since most of our tasks come from the inbox of our emails. This has taught me Inbox Management wherein I can easily know which emails are to be Upgrade to see actual infoeted and which email needs to be forwarded to the client or customer for them to be updated or informed regarding important matters. If you're looking for someone who's proficient and able to navigate Google Workspace and Microsoft Office platforms, then I am your guy. Due to my previous experiences, I was able to learn these platforms and use them effectively to make tasks easier. I'm able to do multitasking while recognizing the prioritization and difficulty of the tasks. This is an effective way for me to be organized on doing multiple tasks while avoiding errors and being efficient. I will always be eager and willing to learn and willing to adapt to unfamiliar environments in order for me to be more knowledgeable and to open more opportunities ahead of me.
