I am a very dynamic person, with great ability to learn, organize, coordinate and prioritize work. I have developed an attitude to adapt myself, being proactive, responsible and efficient in all the activities that I carry out. My goals are to grow professionally and develop my skills while being an integral part of the company where I get the opportunity. Especialidades: Recruiting (CAD), administrative assistant, executive assistance, sales and customer care. 

With almost 9 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, I have honed my skills in identifying top talent and understanding client needs. My dynamic approach enables me to effectively coordinate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and employers. I am committed to being proactive and responsible, consistently delivering efficient results while fostering strong relationships. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the success of the organizations I partner with and to grow professionally in the process. 

I can work partime and just work on a commission basis with 10% Annual compensation of the hiring position.
