Experience: 1 - 2 years
Although I prefer Customer Service over Sales, I believe I also have the skills to do the job. In my previous companies, I was expected to sell my clients' products and more sales meant more incentives. Before selling a particular service/product, you have to know its strong and weak points: knowing the strong points will allow you to boast and convince the clients how it can be beneficial for them; knowing the weak points will allow you to think of the best responses for customers' objections. I also learned from previous experiences that you must learn what type of customer you are dealing with and then choose the appropriate strategy. There isn't a perfect approach to sales; you have to be creative and imaginative and most of all, you should be convincing without being too pushy.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Customer Service is what I do best; it's how my whole career started. As someone who has almost 5 years of Customer Service experience, I can say that my previous work experiences with different companies honed my technical and conversational skills. I believe that a Customer Service Representative should be detail-oriented, highly-organized and patient: qualities that I believe I possess. In addition, I can also empathize well with other people which makes it easier for me to handle irate clients.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
I am a professional teacher with both online and offline experience. I took up Bachelor in Elementary Education and I graduated with Latin honors. I believe that teaching/learning should not be boring at all. There are many ways to make learning more enjoyable both for the teacher and student. Having both knowledge and experience in teaching, I have many tricks up my sleeve to engage my students and motivate them to learn.
