I worked as an email representative with Amazon.com for around three years. We managed customer accounts and addressed variety of issues related to order entry, sales, shipping and other product-related queries. I also experienced as a Billing and Sales representative of one of the biggest internet providers in the US. I assisted customers with their billing and account concerns wherein we processed orders, resolved billing disputes and related technical problems.

As a Team Leader, I was responsible for Managing People through the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates and exercises independent judgment and discretion in the performance of the said main function as means to implement management policies. This position requires that the Team Leader ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability through the disciplinary process.

I worked as Billing and Sales Escalations Auditor for 1 year. I assisted operations team by providing trending of escalation issues and improvement recommendations. I also assisted team leaders in correcting agent’s areas of opportunity by providing thorough investigation and recommendation. I minimized revenue loss due to inaccurate order entry. I served as Point of Contact for Comcast local market representatives to cascade new information. Moreover, I audited Corporate & Market Escalations, Peer Feedback & Invalid Transfer. Furthermore, I compiled escalation-related data, drew conclusions according to results of investigation and send reports to Comcast and owning partners.

As a Mathematics Professor, I handled classes in different departments: Arts and Sciences, Information Technology, Business and Management, Hotel Management, Engineering and Criminology. I taught Math, Science and Computer subjects: Mathematics in The Modern World, Calculus I, History and Development of Mathematics, Science, Technology and Society, Operations Research II and Fundamentals of Computing. I also attended seminars and trainings related to focused academic fields and teaching.
