- Has experience in the BPO industry for 2 years overall providing strong good customer service doing Inbound/outbound calls and Emails.
-Has 3 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
-2 years as Sourcing Specialist. - Local Recruitment and International Recruitment.
-Conducting interviews, Pre-screening, ff. up the applicants, Coaching.
- Doing emails, Inbound & Outbound calls.
- I do have an experience as a dispatch representative as well.
