My experience in property management was I was assigned to rent collection and for 3 months I was promoted to a trainer and its very challenging because I have to train new hire managers about the processes that we have in rent collection and in 6 months I was promoted as a team lead and handle my own team. I was able to handle 24 team members in Outbound and 6 team members in Inbound and if my clients are busy I take their seats in the meeting with other managers in another department to discuss the updates and processes

I've been in customer support for more than 3 years of experience handling sears and direct TV wherein we need to make sure we provide excellent customer experience and as a customer support I was trained to do multi-tasking and paying attention to all details and I've learn how to identify the root cause of the call by asking good probing questions

I was Technical support at COMCAST and my experience is making sure that we are able to resolve customer's issues with their internet by doing basic troubleshooting and also pitching for sale like premium channels and offer upgrades
