I am currently working as Administrative assistant in an AU based Real Estate. I do prepare the lease contract for renewals, do audits on insurance certificates, sending maintenance reminder and work orders. I am a fast learner and goal oriented. I am focus with my work and see to it the clients are served well. I am previously a Branch Manager in an microfinance. My tasks includes hitting the monthly KPO and people development.
I have work with only 2 companies after graduating last 2011. I have been in a single company for 10 years and now working as a Virtual Assistant. I value work as it is my bread and butter that's why I see to it that my client or employer are always satisfied with my output with less supervision. I do believe in common sense is a must when working but not relying too much in it.
I am teachable person since I'm not someone who acted like a -know-it-all. I accept every criticism towards my work in a positive way. I am not a fan of office dramas or other people's drama that's why I am able to get work done at the end of my shift.
