As Accounts Receivable I check and encode Cash and Credit Sales. I prepares Credit and Cash Sales Consolidated Report every end of the month. I generate monthly Aging Report to monitor customer's past due accounts.

As an accounts payable, I review, verify invoices and check requests before preparing check vouchers for payments to suppliers. I file Government Mandated Taxes every month through e-Filing and Payment System. I also monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. I also handles the petty cash funds.

I am the bookkeeper of my parents small business for 6 years now. As their bookkeeper, I am the one responsible for recording day to day sales and expenses. I process and file Quarterly Percentage Tax to be remitted at Bureau of Internal Revenue. Files the Annual Income Tax Return every end of calendar year. I also process the renewal of their business permit.

I reconciles book to bank records every end of the month for our accountants reference and for the accuracy of our accounting records.

I handle employees cash advances, incentives and variable pay. Every payroll cut off I check and validate the accuracy of DTRs and employees deductions, and encode it to payroll system. I prepares employees government mandatory remittances. I calculate employees salaries based on working days, leaves and deductions.

I was a Merchandising Encoder at a department store for 10 months. And as an encoder, I am responsible for encoding data that will affect at the counter. Datas that will affect in the counter are, the products description, the price, and the barcode. I also encodes the receiving reports in our system.
