I have been a Supervisor and Customer support representative for one of the largest electronics company in the US.
I also did email marketing for a while, and is knowledgeable in basic email marketing tools such as Aweber and Netatlantic. I sometimes create my own email swipes for product promotion. I also did tickets, wordpress for a blog site answering queries, chat support for different products.
My expertise is in project management doing administrative tasks. I'm good in performing accurate web research, managing emails, as well as corresponding with vendors and employees of other businesses that I may be required to speak with in behalf of the firm. I have received professional English training because of my past call center experiences as well. I have managed a home based team of customer support with a US based client which is my most recent job experience.
As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
