During my tenure in insurance claims for motor & property industry, my responsibility includes managing a team, evaluating performance & collecting data to come up with the corrective action plan, addressing performance gaps to balanced scorecards, deepdive & root cause analysis. I have also pioneered the back office team on my home warranty program.
However, my job description is not limited in people management but also well versed from basic duties of a claim consultant who is sourcing out vendors, booking for repairs, organizing car rental, taxi and tows to managerial tasks such as taking escalations, accepting claims and approving payments.
