I worked in a BPO industry before and I've been with eBay for 6 months. I was a chat support and then I got transferred to voice. I can say that my experience really improved my way of thinking since we assisted both buyers and sellers wherein we are part of the escalations process that allows us to check proofs and evidences on who will be favored in a certain complaint.
