Marking "Paid" for the appropriate amount, ensuring we received 90% (not including a house call), documenting with consultations do not have an associated check and checking CLOSED CLAIMS on PetPlan Online account, and cross-checking to see if these outstanding consultations appear PAID on their end and if we were PAID also in the appropriate amount.- Email/Chat correspondence with the Doctor and with her nurse- Update our Inventory Order Sheet Monitoring. Report to Admin for the outstanding items if there's any. - Scheduling our FB content every week on our FB Page. - Posted Doctor's content on our WordPress blog I am proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Internet-based and collaboration tools such as Trello, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Dropbox. I am also familiar with the Active campaign (contacts). I can edit the Woo-commerce product description and ensure that SEO will turn into good. I can able to perform simple bookkeeping using Xero online accounting software and Receipt Bank. Here are the other services I can offer:- Data Entry - I can type 60 wpm with 90 accuracy- File downloading and uploading (PDF)- Creating images on Canva- Adding articles to WordPress & formatting them.
