I've been working in different facets of Human Resources for years now. HR-Employee Relations to a workforce agency, my role was to serve a Notice to explain to those who violated the company rules and regulations. I conducted an admin hearing where I took time to listen to the other side of the story. I also served the final decision to the employee as to either suspend or terminate them. On the other hand, if there's any case in DOLE that the employee filed. I also worked as a Generalist; being an HR-Generalist, I do many things, from recruitment to onboarding, where I interview qualified applicants for the vacant position. I also do payroll, timekeeping, training, orientation, employee relations, contract signing. In addition, I worked as a Virtual Assistant- Payroll Coordinator at Mysource Solutions, where I collected and verified employee and timekeeping data, evaluated computed wages for accuracy, and documented and organized employee files and payroll transactions. In addition, I was assisting clients with their needs now and then.
