Profile Description

I worked for 16 months as Executive Assistant for Real Estate teams based in New York. I have an experience in Lead Generation, searching for off-market properties within a specific neighborhood and checking in to see if homeowners are open to sell by sending them personalized handwritten Postcards (using a software). We also extract address lists from Property Shark and send them Postcards thru XpressDocs.

Other responsibilities include drafting contracts, listing management (Compass and StreetEasy), calendar management, email management, file keeping in Google Drive, creating listing pitch, newsletters, email blasts, and designing marketing materials using Canva and InDesign.

Right now I chose to only focus working as Real Estate Virtual Assistant to improve and to be more effective on what I do.
