I started working as a Customer Service Representative (BPO) in 2017 handling travel account (Airbnb). I am an expert working in Accounts Receivable specially Bookkeeping and Medical Billing since 2019. I am knowledgable on using Quickbooks, Salesforce, Spreadsheet and other bookkeeping platforms. I worked as a bookkeeper and Collections Specialist for more than 3 years so I am an expert on this field. Rest assured that my output and work performance is excellent. I'm good in talking to the clients or customers, managing emails, as well as corresponding with vendors and employees of other businesses that I may be required to speak with on behalf of the company. I have received English trainings, as well as technical trainings, cloud-based platforms and US billing and accounting trainings  because of my past experiences. I am flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient, and you can rely on me anytime when it comes to work. In any case you would require me to train a specific process for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long-time doing trainings with me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most clients that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or process that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the process and the job.
