In my role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist from Golden Panda Cagayan Traders Inc., I routinely generate monthly aging reports for the company. I am responsible for preparing, posting, verifying, and recording customer payments and transactions.

The business systems used in our daily work like purchasing order, data entry of sales and generating report for monthly accounts receivable ageing.

Since my task is more on numbers. Very useful tools in preparing reports like creating template for our monthly accounts receivable ageing, inventory analysis and purchase order monitoring.

• Gaining hands-on experience in managing financial transactions, invoicing, and payroll using QuickBooks Online. • Learning to create and manage financial reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. • Developing skills in using QuickBooks for budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.

It began as a volunteer opportunity to learn the basics of computers and was later enhanced through patient learning and the discovery of the fundamental use of Microsoft Office. While working at Khebs Graphics Computer Center as an encoder and layout artist, I provided services to customers seeking assistance in printing digital outputs of their resumes, theses, handouts, invitations, business cards, and even certificates and diplomas. One of my areas of expertise that I enjoyed learning while working was creating Excel spreadsheets from clients' reports, as I have a passion for working with numbers.

Reflecting on my experiences with my two employers in administrative roles, a part of my responsibilities was to oversee and optimize inventory levels through regular monitoring, demand forecasting, and timely reorder management. I implemented efficient organization and tracking systems, ensuring accurate documentation of stock movements and minimizing discrepancies.

My first job experience led me to step out of my comfort zone. Working in various fast-food chains helped me utilize my skills in communication and teamwork. Being in the service industry gained me insights into understanding my customers' needs and wants, as well as identifying the problems I'm solving for them and what motivates them to use my services and products.

Once I've identified a winning product, transitioning to the role of a Supplier Sourcing Specialist, I am tasked with identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs. This involves researching and assessing suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, I negotiate contracts, maintain relationships with suppliers, and ensure a consistent supply chain.
