I began my career in 2004 as a Billing and Collections Officer with the leading distributor of Nikon, Konica, and Kodak in the Philippines. In 2007, I made a strategic move into the Business Process Outsourcing industry as a Customer Service Associate, where I excelled at managing various accounts, including teleconferencing, life insurance, and home improvements.
By 2016, I earned my first role as a Lead Generation Specialist for an American advertising and printing company. Soon after, I accepted a dynamic position as Marketing and Resource Manager for an Australian corporate and events massage company, where I have continued to thrive for nearly 9 years.
The pandemic posed challenges to the massage industry, but I quickly adapted by securing clients on Upwork and taking on roles as an Admin Assistant. While some clients had to let me go due to budget constraints, I’m proud to have maintained a strong relationship with one of them that endures to this day.
I possess an exceptional command of the English language and am highly proficient in a wide range of tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication channels such as Slack, Skype, Messenger, and WhatsApp. My expertise also extends to major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, along with foundational skills in Canva. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to enhance my abilities.
I bring a comprehensive skill set to the table, including staff management, coaching, monitoring, and quality assurance. I thrive in lead generation, research, administrative tasks, email and calendar management, database management, and effective communication via phone, chat, and email. My strengths in marketing and social media management further enhance my contributions.
