Qualified with 5 years of International experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry and a year as a Virtual Assistant.
I've worked on a variety of clients and roles in the BPO industry, which has given me confidence in my ability to adapt to whatever job obligations you may offer.
I was a sales representative, making phone calls on a daily basis to reach out to new clients and promote the many products and services available. I've also worked as a Tax Associate, where I examined and reviewed clients' tax situations to find the best filing options. The most challenging experience I had was assisting clients as a technical representative, addressing product issues and scheduling appointments for them.
My favorite role was as a product researcher and support in my most recent work. This allowed me to work on numerous duties at once, such as auditing, customer support, evaluating, managing social media and websites, reviewing feedback, outreach, tradeshows, reporting phishing, and numerous other tasks. This demonstrates the breadth of my expertise and knowledge that I can offer.
