Profile Description

1. Real Estate: I have enough knowledge in Real Estate business. I've been a part of the acquisitions team, our clients are investors that deals wholesale properties, cash offers, and as-is including distressed, probate, and foreclosure. I run comps, draft and execute contracts and transfer to disposition. I also have an experience of market listings when I had a client who's a Upgrade to see actual informal market listings, MLS, appointments, and cold calling. I also have a brief knowledge of Owner Financing process that we barely work on before.
2. Social Media Management: I can reply to any inquiries that you might not have enough time to respond to such as messages, comments, notifications, and etc. Postings are also my forte depending on what my client would want, pictures with quotations/captions, announcements, job postings and any other kind.
3. Email Management: I use Outlook, Gmail, and E-mail. I am organized when it comes to email, we can sort emails by tagging them, deleting unnecessary emails and responding according to urgency.
4. Data Entry: I can transfer data from pictures to documents, pdf, or excel files. I have my own way of organizing the data.
