I have accumulated a combined total of 5 years of on-site experience in the BPO industry. This includes 4 years as a Mission Control Analyst in the Workforce Department and 1 year as a customer service representative for a U.S.-based Telco company.

Before my tenure in the BPO industry, I dedicated 9 years to Samsung, a prominent Korean electro-mechanical company located in the Philippines. Initially, I served as a Production Planning and Control staff, and later transitioned to the Facilities Department, where I managed Facilities Warehouse Inventory.

My diverse professional background equips me with the capability to effectively manage challenging situations that require sharp critical thinking and decisive decision-making skills.
