Employers should hire employees that possessed the following skills: problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, flexibility, communication skills, teamwork, organization skills, creativity, emotional intelligence, attention to details and responsibility skills. In any job, there will be challenges, so it is necessary that an employee knows how to manage and think of an effective solution to solve the problem.
In addition, look for the kind of employee who always think outside the box. Being innovative is always part of the job, thinking of the best outputs by paying attention to every detail of the assigned tasks. Look for employees that are flexible in such a way that they can easily adjust and adapt in any undesirable situation. It is also essential that an employee is knowledgeable and capable enough to communicate with the boss, co-workers and costumers. Employee should easily establish harmonious relationship with my co-workers no matter how different they are from one another. He/she must show high respect to anyone. Also, the employee should strongly believe that the key to any successful business is the good association established within the group and the good collaboration of one another since a company will be at its best if the employees always work as team . It is not that important that he/she is cream of the crop, what matters most is that the employees know how to value the job and the company. Always consider when hiring employees is the employees' willingness and openness to learn and understand the nature of the job.
Search for a positive thinker kind of employee that take comments and suggestions professionally and constructively. And if your company is looking for someone who possessed all these skills, maybe I am the one for the job. I am a full-time government teacher here in the Philippines and I've been in this field for almost 6 years now. Within this span of time, I ensured myself that I learned and I possessed those various skills that are necessary to have in any profession.
