What are the things that I can do for
you?
 
- I will make sure that your employee's
workstation and servers are working to its optimum performance and stay
connected to the computer network.
- I can diagnose and troubleshoot complex
technical issues such as MySQL, Active Directory, Network management and
Database Management.
- I can manage/support Application technical issues
for clients.
- I can urgently analyze technical issues,
troubleshoot over the phone and via remote access.
- I can perform maintenance systems based on
client needs.
- I can manage databases using MS SQL Server/MySQL.
- I can install, configure and support network
equipment.
- I can maintain network facilities, network
servers and file servers.
- I can assist in implementing and installing
security programs, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency.
- monitoring day to day network activities
- Assist your team in organizing and
supporting the business' computer systems including LANs, WANs, Linux, network
segments and other data communication systems.
 
These are just the tip of the iceberg. I can
offer you so much more that will surely help you maintain the company's
network, making sure that it is working smoothly and at topmost performance.
 
On top of this, I work independently and with
minimal supervision. A proactive and proactive Network Support Engineer would
