Profile Description

I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. I am a Certified Human Resource Associate by the Human Resource Educators' Association of the Philippines.

I currently work with a US-based company, holding the position of Administrative Support Specialist, handling email communication by answering inquiries, follow ups and concerns of international tutors, applicants and other employees. I am also responsible for entering and updating information into relevant databases, as well as ensuring accuracy of information and quality of every session submitted by the tutors by conducting quality inspections/audit of 300+ tutors monthly and providing timely and accurate reports. Aside from that, I am the POC for the Filipino employees in my current company (e.g. calendar of activities, monthly working hours, time-off request). I assist in payroll preparation for Filipino employees by providing relevant data. I also created the employee handbook for Filipino employees and I helped in providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures. Moreover, I work directly with the payroll director to provide support in sending payment to the tutors or entering important information in the system; such as tutor's direct deposit Upgrade to see actual info addition, with my demonstrated knowledge and experience in recruitment, I helped sourcing passive and active candidates for tutoring opportunities as well as evaluating and onboarding qualified candidates.
I worked as a Recruitment Associate with a local company. Handled end to end hiring process, sourcing passive and active candidates through various recruitment chUpgrade to see actual infoels, conducts initial and behavioral interviews, endorses qualified candidates to clients, answers inquiries, follow ups and concerns of candidates in which I received Certificate of Excellence for obtaining 10 five-star reviews and in recognition of my exceptional achievement on my first month of employment.
