I'm a Customer Service Expert with 8 years of professional experience in the customer service industry  I'm also once one of the training support of my previous employer where I helped to train junior employees to perform well where I gained plenty of diverse skills and experience that I can use a Virtual Assistant. I also got hired as an Independent Contractor for 0260 Labs LLC where I Undergo training on how to be an effective Inside sales agent and Learned how to use different CRM like Sierra Interactive, Follow-up Boss, RedX.  Then I got hired as a Virtual assistant Inside sales agent with Reside Real Estate in Fort Worth, TX. 
CUSTOMER SERVICE:As a Customer service representative for more than 8 years, I can say that I Am equipped with knowledge and skills that are important for the Job, like Empathy, good communication, and problem-solving which are core skills in providing excellent customer service. I have also gained essential qualities of customer service like the three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude, I believe By making customer service a top priority, you're letting people know that they matter. This will promote a positive image of your business. This is where I come in and my goal is to ensure all my clients and customers are happy with my care.
