Profile Description

My experience as a virtual assistant/ Customer Support Specialist and Customer Service Representative had helped me to have outstanding email and chat etiquette. My client and manager always said that I am reliable and can work with less supervision and passionate to work.
I was responsible to;
* Assist customers in creating, modifying, checking, and canceling orders through Shopify.
*Reach out to customers with updates on their order status and tracking information through email and chats utilizing Gorgias and Zendesk as the mainstream communication platforms.
*Informing customers about their order if there are out-of-stock items or on hold status that need to be modified to make the order go through.
*Update customer information through various tools such as Shopify, Amazon, Fulfillify, and Order Desk.
*Coordinate with our local and international couriers (FedEx, USPS, and UPS) in tracking the package.
*Answer tickets ranging fromUpgrade to see actual info emails daily while exhausting all resources and ensuring accurate data or information were entered into the account before closing the transaction.
*Follow the methodical escalation process by verifying information.
*Help clients become experts by contributing to the Product Knowledge Base.
*Update spreadsheets, documents, and weekly productivity reports to ensure that the clients are updated timely and accurate.
* Also, I can make disappointed customers satisfied and happy by finding solutions to their issues.
