I do have a degree in Information Technology. I'll desribe myself as a passionate person with a creative mindset. With experience in Appointment Setting. I have developed excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely responses to the leads. With this experience I have developed a wide understanding to my own niche. I am from a mortgage broker company doing cold calls/scheduling an appointment, cold email outreach, keeping accurate records of appointments scheduled, doing Lead Generation and ofcourse working with Loan Officers and Realtors of the company. I am known for my strong analytic skills and for being competitive. I'm a quick learner and have become proficient in using various software and tools. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, BNTouch, Hubspot and Salesforce, Google Calendar, Calendly as our Tools.
