don't know how to use the website to order. I also assist them with cancellations and refunds of their order. I also worked as Customer Service Representative with a travel agency based in USA and Canada, I help passengers to cancel, make changes on their flight details and also creating a manual ticket thru GDS. Most recent is with a health clinic based in Hawaii, I help patients to book an appointment with doctors, also helped them request medication refills, travel referrals to another clinic and a lot more. I also took a VA course online so I have an idea what a VA and how to apply as a VA. In addition to my experience, I recently ended my contract from a client I found in Upwork and I was assigned as a dispatcher. I was routing orders for the driver a day before and inform drivers they work the next day. Also was tasked to assign trucks to drivers for the day and monitor the drivers while doing their routes and reporting it to the client. Also part of the task is to inform the customers that drivers are on the way and ask for instructions they want the drivers to do.
