Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. I have almost 10 years of experience in BPO. I started as a customer service rep way back in 2015, in particular in sales, and in 2016, I joined Sykes Asia, where I worked as a technical support for 5 years. And after that, in 2021, I joined Newfold Digital, a hosting company, and in 2 years, it exposed me to sales, billing, leads, retention, web design, e-commerce, email, DNS, and domains. After a year, I was promoted to floor supervisor, where I handled 15-20 people. In this role, it enhances my skills in terms of administrative tasks. I have minimal knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and I have a headset and my own PC, which I am sure meet the minimum requirements for VA. I am a very honest person and have strong values and integrity, which keeps me in a company longer.
