I have experience working as a customer service representative for BPO companies, and I am committed to giving our clients the best help and support that we can. I'm dedicated to providing top-notch customer care, and I have experience in customer service.

I put a lot of effort into answering questions from customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. I am knowledgeable about our products and have the tools and resources to assist customers effectively.

Prior to that, I was working as a receptionist. As the face and spokesperson of the company, I take phone calls, greet visitors, and assist clients. I'm capable of managing a busy reception area, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organization in my workspace. to perform administrative tasks accurately.


In any case, even though I would need to learn a specific program for this position, I'm sure you wouldn't spend a lot of time training me. I guarantee that I can quickly adjust to any training or program I need to finish to perform my duties. I'm the type of person who requires the least amount of supervision once I get the hang of things.
