After that, I've worked in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative (phone, chat and email support), Recruiter, Sales Representative, Technical Support Representative and Documentation Specialist for almost eight years. My accounts were Mckesson/Adapthealth, AT&T Uverse, Telstra, Time Warner, Expedia, Microsoft, Hotfrog, Prudential (Annuities Account) and more. Back when I was still connected with AT&T, I was promoted as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and one of the responsibilities was to manage a team.
In Upwork and onlinejobs.ph, I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for almost 4 years.
