Profile Description

- Responsible in managing a team of individuals in making sure they hit the company’s required goals and KPIs
- Responsible in driving teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure cashflow and collections from the accounts receivables are met
- Daily sending of reports with regards to the whole workstream’s productivity, downtime, and status/progress end of day
- Audit accounts worked on by the representatives based on Conifer’s quality standards
- Collaborate and give ideas on improvements and address issues currently affecting the workstream
- Conduct trainings, QA calibrations and process updates
- Present team and individual’s previous month score per KPI and overall scorecard
- Daily sending of report for Top Dollar accounts to be closed for the whole workstream
- Drive representatives to clear all backlog accounts daily as the capacity permits
- Random knowledge check on representatives by asking questions pertaining to the process based on different scenarios and on see if they are updated on the advisories sent per Job Aid
- Daily extract accounts from our inventory in ACE tool for allocation to be sent to representatives
