I am a Geo Data Operator Analyst. My responsibilities are: -Investigating and confirming speed limit signs and their locations to update the Google Maps database utilizing Calypso and Atlas tools. -Validate the signboards on the ground truth view to see if the board exists or has been demolished. -Creating sign cards on the Aerial view of the maps if the board exists. -Putting/ Editing/ Propagating correct speed limit value on the segment (Stage 2) based on the created sign cards (Stage 1). -Mentoring new trainees through their OJT stage, from week 1 to week 4.

-Communicates effectively and proactively with clients, customers, managers, HQ approvers, supervisors, and team leaders about concerns, status, and questions throughout the business, particularly with acquiring customers about their application process. -Responsible for updating the status of VIP records and Daily Sales Report (HQ Report) as needed. -Processing Applications for New VIPs, Bank Changes, and Changing of Payment Methods. -Monitoring of Centralized Account and OA Account for J&T Express Partners. -Sending the Approved VIP Log-In Details/ Dashboard to the Respective Admins. -Established and upheld strong working relationships with all parties, ensuring that they are informed of all pertinent procedures, and reports and kept up to date. -Compiling all the VIP’s New Applications. -Printing the Approved VIP’s Application/ Document. -Completed all required daily and weekly Reports for DOP-VIP Decrease and Increase Shipments. -Processing the Supplies Orders of the Partners/ Drop-Off-Point Partners. -Visiting Different Drop-Off-Point/ Store for consultation.

-Receive inbound calls from customers in the United States, providing them with excellent customer service. -Navigate tools for customers' data or information (AT&T CRM, Rio, CCKM (Customers Connect), OMS, OPUS, etc.). -Perform basic troubleshooting of customer phone, internet, and DirecTV issues.
