Profile Description

I am seeking a Virtual Assistant or HR Assistant position where I can use my skills, experience, and knowledge. Below are my work experiences for reference.

HR Administrator (May 2019 to July 2021)

Handles different facets of Human Resources such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding, Training and Development, and Events Management.- Managing and responding to email regularly- Schedule meetings and training- Entering data into the system- Address employees’ administrative queries- Document filing and organization- Updating and monitoring databases and filing systems- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, job applications, and examinations- Responsible for the orientation and onboarding of new employees; Discussing Attendance policies such as working schedule, leave and absences, overtime, and tardiness- Monitoring employee tardiness, leave of absence, and daily attendance- Status monitoring of probationary employees- Responsible for the computation of regular employees’ Overtime and the salary for Contractual staff- Filing reports to POEA for the newly hired, resigned, and retired staff- Provide administrative support for the HR Department

Asst. Fleet Personnel Officer (December 2018 to May 2019)

- Responsible for encoding and updating Seafarer information into the system- Making Seafarers’ contracts, preparing forms, arranging documents, and dispatching- Ensuring that seafarers will receive great customer service

HR Administrator (July 2018 to December 2018)

- Assist in different facets of Human Resources such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding, Training and Development, and Events Management.
