Profile Description

- Clearly communicates and explain end-to-end supply chains (inputs, outputs, rationale, and gaps) and gives recommendations to management.-Perform day-to-day logistics activities to support business operations.- Provides inventory analysis and management to ensure a high level of accuracy, optimum stock level and high fulfillment %.- Establish and document processes and procedures- Oversee the entire manufacturing process from material procurement, production scheduling and inventory control- Keep inventory at optimal level- Coordinate with different departments the plan and make sure to execute it - Accountable in providing information to pertinent departments relating to production schedules and production plans.
- Manages warehouse inventory versus customer requirements based on sales projection
- Maintains a workable inventory level of all products, materials, and finished goods in compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Audits inventory, logistics, and warehousing
- Recommends efficiencies in production whenever possible or necessary
- Conducts a regular meeting with the team to ensure that strategic plans and goals are met
