Profile Description

Sales Specialist
• Conduct in-depth scientific selling to key doctors in San Juan
and Mandaluyong City (VRPMC, Cardinal Santos, MegaMall, and Shangri-la) through planning and executing quarterly business plans for Mandaluyong, incorporating current market trends and data.
• Manage a key designated territory in order to ensure that visits are in line with the full potential of the customer and territory.
• Contribute to the functional strategy by staying abreast of latest business or competitor developments.
• Apply right combination of company strategy and market knowledge to optimize accessibility of products to the customers’ utmost benefit.
• Collaborate with CME associates in driving and supporting medical education to ensure GSK product visibility and exposure.
Production Director
• Spearheaded all production related works including technical
aspect (sound, video, mic and etc.). Also supervised the on the
day event management.
• Lead twenty-five (25) members consisting of one (1) Vice
Director for Production, four (4) Stage Managers, five (5)
Segment Managers, and fifteen (15) Assistants.
• Designed Segments and Performances to be included in the event, Program Matrix which includes the Program Flow and Technical Flow, Host Scipts, Rules and Regulations, and Memorandum of Ageement with Participants and Partner
Company.
• Negotiated with partner companies including [Cebu E-Sports
United, Ayala Center Cebu (Cebu Holdings Inc.), Sykes, Ramen Dojo, and other concessionaires during the event].
HR Specialist
• Salary and Benefits. Assited in checking the attendance of Trade
Workers for their Salary and Bonuses.
• Performance Management. Handled the Performance
Management for 2017. Created comprehensive analysis for the performance of all department and each individuals in the company from executive level to the trade workers.
• Crisis Communication. Assisted in the development and revision of the Crisis Plan in case of emerging issues.
• Sourcing and Upgrade to see actual infoerviewed applicants for different specializations required by the company. Managed onboarding of newly hires in the company. Sourced potetial trade workers from different institutions, universities, colleges, and technical- vocational schools.
