After I graduated I have worked as a bookkeeper in a hospital setting, focusing primarily on disbursement as an accounts payable clerk. My responsibilities included preparing professional fees for medical doctors, compiling patient lists, and computing taxes. I also managed payments to suppliers, non-suppliers, and agencies connected to the hospital, ensuring accurate tax computations. My role required meticulous attention to detail as I handled summarization, encoding, filing, and verifying petty cash, promissory notes, and other financial reports.While I do not have direct experience as a Virtual Assistant, I am highly motivated and eager to learn. I am confident that my compassion for my work, reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure will allow me to quickly adapt to and excel in this new role. I am computer literate and possess strong skills in bookkeeping, which I believe will be valuable assets in assisting clients efficiently.Furthermore, I have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills, essential qualities for a successful Virtual Assistant. I am open to part-time work and am willing to take on new tasks with minimal supervision. My goal is to provide exceptional support to clients, helping them achieve their objectives through diligent and dedicated service.
