Profile Description

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 products and services such as Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Helping organizations plan, design, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that meet their business needs.
• Managing and maintaining Office 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings.
• Training and educating users on how to use Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions.
• Analysing and interpreting data using SharePoint List, Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau to uncover insights and trends.
• Creating visualizations and reports using Power BI/Tableau to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data analysis and visualization tools.
• Participating in data governance and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our RMM platform, including troubleshooting issues related to client networks and devices, and resolving any problems that arise.
• Assisting clients with the setup and configuration of RMM software and agents on their networks and devices.
• Monitoring and analyzing client networks and devices to identify potential issues and proactively resolve them.
• Configuring and managing GPOs to ensure the security of our organization's computer systems and networks, including setting security policies and controls to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security iUpgrade to see actual info.
• Identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in GPO configurations, and recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate these vulnerabilities.
