I have multiple years of working experience. I have also a BPO experience, I've already handled both inbound and outbound calls. I also have an experience as QA for a BPO company.

Wordpress and Magento. I also know how to work with photoshop, although I am far from being expert in it. I know MS word pretty well, as well as FTP and
SEO.
I have worked on lots of websites both in building them and putting a content for them. I also have certificates in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Web Development at Shaw Academy.
