Profile Description

I have been engaged in quality assurance within the real estate photography industry for approximately two years. I possess a comprehensive understanding of the quality assurance process, particularly in areas such as assessing wall colors, ensuring image alignment, adhering to client requests, and managing the minimum and maximum number of images to be delivered in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures. Below, I have outlined the primary responsibilities I have undertaken during this time: 

1. Removing duplicates Shots and Angles / Cull down the number of photos to aligned in the order
1. Receiving edited images from editors and performing quality assurance using Lightroom and Photoshop.
2. Uploading QA-approved images to HDPhotohub or RTV while reviewing any order notes, such as requests for stain removal, wall color correction, image alignment, and decluttering/virtual staging.
3. Managing and tracking MLS listings on Upgrade to see actual info based on agent requests.
4. Processing invoices through HDPhotohub and RTV.
5. Monitoring the customer support email via Upgrade to see actual info.
6. Receiving raw images from photographers, removing duplicates and poorly angled shots, and sending them to designated editors.
7. Communicating with photographers to confirm any additional requests from agents or realtors.
8. Processing 2D floor plans and uploading them to HDPhotohub and client folders.
9. Ensuring all orders for the day are delivered to agents or realtors.
10. Engaging with clients to address requests related to virtual staging, decluttering, wall corrections, MLS images, and missing images, while providing timelines for resolution.
