As a registered nurse handling medical reviews for over 10 years I understand what is needed in the medical industry. I keep in touch with clients as I have been and continues to be an exciting passion of mine.

Offers service providing concise summaries that pull out the important facts to clearly understand and easily reference. Provide support to attorneys and/or projects by organizing, indexing and summarizing records, and analyzing case issues. Identifies missing records and additional records required and creates chronologies and/or timelines.

• Offers detailed analysis to ensure that the following instances are brought to attention: whether the mechanics of an aUpgrade to see actual info are consistent with an injury, the contributing causes of a medical condition, and potential inconsistencies within the records.

• Summaries, indexes, reviews and abstraction cover the following areas: hospital admissions and discharges, histories and findings, pointing out inconsistencies, history of treatment, deposition, and employment records.

Other skills:
• Excellent typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Excellent reading comprehension, which I've honed through several years of reading and writing medical reports.
• Familiar with ICD, HCPCS, and CPT coding.
• HIPAA-certified.
• Strong work ethic, good personality characteristics, and ability to work under pressure. - Worked with integrity and independently.
• Always finish my task on time with a high level of quality.
