I am a well-experienced customer and technical escalation support working with several wireless and internet service providers. A seasoned customer-focused support whose devotion is the satisfaction of each client.
I have vast knowledge in the wireless and internet service Industry (Phones, tablets, etc.) Dedicated to working under any conditions to help clients in achieving their goals. Winning in every opportunity given is the main focus.
I am also a Virtual Assistant, I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, Generating and Organizing Leads, Craigslist Posting, and Keyword Research with the use of Google AdWords and I have excellent English language comprehension.
I can also do basic tasks like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, managing Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, and Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails.
