Hi. I am new in the Virtual industry but believe I have skills and the experience. I have more than 10 years of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry. Supporting customers via Inbound/outbound calls, chat and email. I have also experienced handling escalated calls for a year. Then switched to supporting customers via chat and email. As a Customer Service Support, we answer general questions, process and track orders or purchases, assist in their online portal, resolve tickets, and perform technical phone troubleshooting.
I have also worked as a Client Onboarding specialist for 2 years. Onboard new customers and conducting virtual meetings to introduce them to their online portal. Giving tutorials and overviews on how to manage their account online. Assist customers with their online portal registration. As an Onboarding specialist, we handle 10 to 15 accounts for 90 days or until their new orders or services are activated. Responding to theirs emails for any questions or concerns about their account and new orders. Monitoring new orders and making follow ups in behalf of the customer.
